TCPA Consent & Communication Policy

Consent to communicate
When you provide your telephone number and submit a request through Scracht Payment Plans, you may consent to receive calls and text messages from Scracht, its service providers, and participating third-party financing partners about your request and available financing options. Messages may include application updates, questions about information submitted, and service-related communications.
Automated calls and texts
Communications may be made using an automatic telephone dialing system, prerecorded voice, artificial or synthetic voice, or other automated technology where permitted by law. Your consent is not required as a condition of purchasing goods or services or obtaining financing. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
How to opt out of text messages
To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to the message you received. You may receive one final confirmation message. After that, you will no longer receive marketing text messages from that sender unless you provide consent again. You may also reply HELP for assistance or contact support@scrachtplans.com.
Opting out of text messages may not stop all communications, including non-promotional messages needed to complete or service a request. Separate consent may apply to communications from a financing partner.
Telephone calls and email
You may ask us to stop marketing calls or emails by telling the representative, using an unsubscribe link when available, emailing support@scrachtplans.com, or calling (855) 609-7473. We may still contact you with service, security, legal, or account-related information where allowed.
Accuracy and authorization
You represent that the telephone number you provide belongs to you or that you are authorized to provide it. Please update us if your number changes. Scracht is not responsible for messages sent to a number that you provided incorrectly or that has been reassigned after you provided it.

Our communication practices are also covered by our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Scracht Payment Plans is a loan connecting service, not a direct lender or financial institution. Questions about a lender’s communication practices should be directed to that lender.
