1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of scrachtplans.com and the services provided by Scracht Payment Plans (“Scracht,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Our role

Scracht Payment Plans is a loan-connecting marketplace and referral service. We are not a lender, bank, financial institution, broker-dealer, credit provider, or financial adviser. We do not make credit decisions, fund loans, set lender terms, or guarantee approval.

We connect eligible consumers with independent third-party lending and financing partners. Each partner determines whether to offer financing, the applicable APR, fees, repayment schedule, and other terms. A partner’s agreement controls any financing you accept.

3. Requests and eligibility

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must be at least 18 years old, have authority to provide the information submitted, and use the service only for lawful purposes. Submitting a request does not guarantee that you will receive an offer or that a participating partner will be available in your state.

4. Credit and financing disclosures

Checking available options generally uses a soft credit inquiry that does not affect your credit score. If you choose to proceed with a specific financing partner, that partner may perform a hard credit inquiry. APRs, fees, amounts, and repayment terms vary by partner, state, credit profile, and other factors. See our Lender Disclosure for additional information.

5. Communications

By providing a telephone number and submitting a request, you may consent to receive calls and text messages from Scracht and participating partners about your request, including through automated technology where permitted. Consent is not required to obtain financing. Message and data rates may apply. See our TCPA Consent & Communication Policy for opt-out instructions.

6. Acceptable use

You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, use automated systems to collect content, impersonate another person, or use the service to violate any law or another person’s rights. We may suspend or end access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or users.

7. Disclaimers and limits

The website and connection service are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any financing offer will be available. To the extent permitted by law, Scracht is not responsible for the acts, omissions, decisions, products, or terms of an independent financing partner.

Nothing on this website is financial, legal, tax, or medical advice. You should review any financing agreement before accepting it and direct questions about an offer to the applicable lender.

8. Changes and contact
